Here is the video and recipe below. Today I substituted the parsnip with 1/2 cup diced daikon and 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn—which I almost forgot to add but, I think it ended up better than the original. I also tried cutting the mochi in slices and it works fine. As you can see it’s really easy.
