I started my relationship with your craft with your second book and love it a lot. Now I feel that this relationship is incomplete without the first one 😊
Can you do a monthly video making one of the tarts from your book? Would love to hear you walk through the process of making dough and dissolving agar for custard. Cheers!
I’ll have to go for the nut milk in your second book as well! Sometimes basic recipes that just really work and that you make often are amongst the best. I remember that in my 20s I discovered how easy it was to make your own soup. Before that time I hadn’t realized that and always bought canned soup from the supermarket. I don’t do that anymore. But I did buy nut milk up to a few months ago, before I discovered your recipe. And now I am thrilled to realize how easy it is to make this product myself too! Love these kinds of discoveries and how they help me to incorporate even more whole foods into my diet 🥰
The chia pudding and the cauliflower-millet mash are weekly staples, but the dark chocolate truffle tart with Brazil nut crust is my go-to stunner when we have guests 🤎
The tempeh portobello burgers and butternut squash lasagna from At Home in the Whole Food Kitchen. I love the burgers for a weekend meal and the lasagna for a holiday meal. Thank you for all the inspiring recipes.
The fruit and nut version of your Buckwheat Millet bread is baked weekly in my home. We call it "breakfast bread" and it perfect in every way! A close second is the cauliflower bake. I admit I have your first cookbook too, but the pages are all loose leaf at this point! It is well-loved :) There is an apple tart (I think it's tart...can't remember exactly) in that book that is a favorite too! Too many excellent recipes to pick just one. Thanks for all of the cooking inspiration. I always feel well-nourished and healthy after I eat food from your books. Happy 10 years!
Red lentil soup 😋
Chia oat Bircher bowl, steamed vegetable salad
