Your Summer Gold Soup tastes and looks lovely! I made it today and my only deviation was substituting Sungold cherry tomatoes for golden tomatoes. They worked beautifully in the broth. The velvet texture added to the experience of a delicious summer soup. Thank you for sharing your talents with us! It is greatly appreciated.

I finally made this recipe (during a tornado watch!). It’s SO good. I made it with a mushroom miso from Shared Cultures, that I love. It’s amazing how creamy the corn makes it!
