Inside is the quick soak method if you (like me) didn't soak your beans last night!

You may have seen my note fretting about the delivery of my Rancho Gordo beans—they did not arrive :( So I’ll be using some large lima beans and doing a quick soak. If you’re in the same boat, its ok. Just bring your beans to a boil in plenty of water, remove from heat and set aside for 30 minutes. Drain and cook as directed in the recipe. I’ll show you in the livestream—subscribe if you’d like to join us.
